Embroidery for me! Tell me about the lens... the vignette effect, how was that achieved in this case?

24mm spot metering, switch off ALL lens correction and recognition....

try this at home

focus on ur TV (make sure its on) chnage between the different metering and see what happens :p

basically different setting in teh camera coupled with diffrent techniques will yield different results, sometimes distortion can be made into a work of art too

same method pheonix only difference is that the i used LR increase contrast ,sat and blacks in LR

Impressive set. I love the color treatment of #14. More subdued than the rest, but going well with subject and atmosphere of the shot.

Love #'s 4 and 5 (It that another embroidery?). Even "Da Man" in #10 kind of grows on me. Must be something about the negative space.
