If you want the best for the buck the 5n and C3 are it. IQ wise there isn't any much difference between the C3 and the 5n (had both) and the C3 can be had for around $250. The 5n has the ability to add an EVF, faster shot to shot, better video and a few other niceties that IMHO make it a better choice but both are good. Speaking as someone that had a ton of m43 gear as well (both Panasonic and Olympus) the Sony UI is "different". It's not as straight forward as Panasonic nor as customizable as the Olympus. It's not terrible but it does take some getting used to. Once it's set up it is perfectly useable. If you want an EVF then the NEX 6 and NEX 7 have a built-in EVF but at the prices you can pick up a 5n for it might be cheaper to get a 5n and an external EVF which has the advantage of being able to tilt up as well. Like Nic says, you won't know if you like it until you try it.
