I was wondering about that the other day. Where else can one use his emount lenses?
E-Mount lenses can NOT be adapted to any other system. This is due to the short (18mm) flange focal distance. There is no other system with a flange focal distance short enough that you could fit an adapter in-between to get to 18mm. I think MFt has 17mm, but building a 1mm adapter. let alone with electronics to control aperture and focus, simply is impossible.
The short flange focal distance is what allows almost every other lens to be adaptable to E-mount.
IF you could somehow manage to create a adapter to mount E mount lenses on a A mount camera what you would have would be a very expensive extension tube/lens useable only for macro work as the maximum focus distance would be measured in cm.
So, in the theoretical it's possible, but it wouldn't be very practical.
