Past summer, I was in beautiful Greece with my family. I used two cameras NEX3 and 18-55mm lens for wide and general shots, and Nikon D40 with 35 f1.8, 50 f1.8 and 55-200 VR for portraits and tele shots. These two small cameras complement quite nice. It is nice when You dont need to swap lenses in field.
Here are some shots from beaches around Ouranopolis, which is located near border with Agion Oros.

    Really really nice shots!!!
The colours are beautiful and love your post processing work ;)

I was born in Greece and moved to Cyprus when I was 3 years old (Greece and Cyprus share the same language, religion, traditions etc).
I went back to Greece when I was 18 as a university student (to Thesaloniki and to the island of Crete) and stayed there for 6 years.
I've travelled all over Greece during that time but Agio Oros & in particular the Chalkidiki area (near) was two of the few places that I didn't visit :(

Again thanks for sharing those nice photos ;)

Nice series of a beautiful part of the world. Really shows what these little cameras can do. Your 2 camera system is basically what I had in mind when I bought the nex. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful images of a beautiful place. But it's 21°F (–6°C) here right now, so posting those today is akin to torture!

Beautiful pictures. Love the sunset ones. I'm going to Santorini in May for a wedding. They asked me to take the pictures but I declined, too much responsibility!

    Wedding photography is nerve wracking!!

But bring your NEX anyway and take wedding photos from an observers vantage point... you might blow them away just the same (without the stress and pressure). :)

Quite beautiful. Somehow this is always how I pictured Greece to look like.

I am thankful, that I live near Greece, so we often go to Greece, but Greece has even prettier places. I hope I will have a chance to visit them.
Santorini is certainly one of them.

Amen to that! I did it once and would never do it again as the principal shooter.
