Hi I am using sd card 10 class for my nex-f3 camera but I wonder when a burst of raw files halts if the bottleneck is the camera or the write speed of the card...
Which is the fastest sd card that my camera can support ?

The cache might be filling up but most of the time the card is the culprit. Modern cameras can usually outperform modern want a UHS-1 SD card w/as fast of speeds as you can afford. The fastest are the 600x or 633x SD cards which is about 90Mbps read AND write, though there are many variations of slower read or write speeds so be sure to check. Lexar makes some 600 and 633x cards and Sony has both a 45Mbps and 90ish card out there too. Sandisk Extreme cards are generally the crowd favorite. There's a few different flavors, but generally just let budget and performance guide you
