Fall colors are finally really starting to show here...went roaming a few back roads looking for targets of opportunity...rolled up on this and thought this was worth getting...made a quick U-turn and lucked out...beautiful fall red tree.

    ORIGINAL SIZE

    CROPPED A LITTLE

Ahh...you're too quick for me...I just added the other photo.
    Two perspectives...original, and some cropping

LOL...exactly the reaction when I noticed it while driving by.
Wish it was a little sharper...it was a long ways off out behind someone's private residence and I was hand holding a 135 @ f11, ISO400, and 1/160.....the f11 was left over from an earlier landscape shot I made across a small lake and I forgot to roll it back to f8 or f4. Felt awkward essentially shooting private property from out in front of someone's house near a busy highway, so I didn't fool with a monopod / tripod.
The photo "works" as is but if I zoom it up for close detail I see that it's not tack sharp...I guess bottom line is, I'd rather have that photo as is than not have it at all...
