Haystack Rock, Canon Beach, Oregon
A6000 + Rokinon 8mm f/2.8 fisheye
Oh the irony, you took a picture of Canon Beach using a Sony!
Very nice shot btw.
Yeah, fisheye shots don't usually do much for me, but that one rocks.
A very different shot among so many of this place. Nice.
And one of my favorite places.
Beautiful image of a beautiful piece of coastline.
Apparently I am missing the irony and jokes. Obviously this is an abundantly photographed landmark.
I think there was only one joke there, that being shooting Cannon beach with a Sony instead of a Canon camera.
Well maybe a bit of a joke with saying it "rocks", not sure if that was the intent there.
this shot is beautiful. love the color and the composition ... excellent. thanks for sharing
Sorry you missed the irony AK47J. Maybe they pronounce the name of the site differently than the name of the cameras.
No offense intended at all.
It is a stunning photo.
I get it now. I was tired and didn't make the connection. There were a pile of photographers all trying to get the sunset and the rock, etc. Most were shooting Canon and Nikon, giant cameras, huge lenses, big tripods. Then there was me, with my easy to carry "little" camera.
That liTTle camera did some BIG WORK !
I would not be surprised if yours was a better shot than all the rest.
