    While they are not an uncommon sight around here, to have one land in the tree across the street is extremely unusual. I can count the number of times on one hand and have 4 fingers left. Normally our only view of them is as they swoop down on another bird as they fly by.

    Not a particularly good shot, but it's what there was to shoot. 5N/Pentacon 6 300/4 from approximately 40 meters.

    Thanks Dave. Sadly it was spreading its tail feathers as I was setting up & never did again before he flew off.
