Gulls overhead

    Captured last year these, but I just thought I'd upload them. NEX C3 / Canon FD 50mm F/1.8

    I'm normally bloody awful at taking bird shots, but these came out alright. They were a product of pointing the camera at the sky and randomly snapping away :)

    Well you snapped just fine, these are excellent.

    Nice details and good sharpness mate, really like the markings in these. Brown backed gull, but also has different names. Fine shooting and not blown out clouds either, great exposure.

    Thanks all, there was such a huge flock of these birds constantly swooping overhead, I just couldn't resist grabbing a few frames. Cheers
