I was surprised that this old Minolta flash hooked up to the NEX6, now all I need are the bulbs.
Man, I haven't seen one of those in 30 years.
May i suggest you do not connect this flash directly to your camera if it has a PC socket because these flashes were using 15 to 22,5V batteries and this current if sent directly to a modern camera's synch socket will burn your shutter.
These were designed for mechanical shutters as in this pic
I will soon try in WL through a iShoot PT-04 to see if the trigger will survive
Ya, I too would proceed with caution, but it is a great looking combo if it works.
