    Nice atmosphere!
It's me or lacks a little sharpness in the foreground?

Thanks! You can check the full-size picture by clicking on the pic in this thread. I'd say it's not really unsharp, maybe it's the very fine detail that makes it look unsharp in the web-sized picture. In the full-size pic it's clear that the background is slightly unsharp which is even visible in the downsized picture.

When I used ยต4/3 cameras I was accustomed to getting everything in focus with this kind of pictures and with APS-C the very slight unsharpness mostly goes unnoticed. I think I like that you can emphasize parts of a picture where the focus lies, but it's also demanding. Even with APS-C I sometimes made the mistake of relying on AF resulting in pics that didn't have optimum sharpness in exactly the right spot. AF with an A7 will only give more of these user errors, I'm afraid, so I think I'd focus manually a lot on the A7 even with an AF lens.

Ok, I downloaded the 10mb image and you're right, there's plenty of detail, I suppose the automatic web resize did some damage.

A real beauty, Ad. I'd have trouble just seeing that scene, much less capturing it as well as you did.

Even in the web version I see nothing wrong with it, and I have a crappy monitor in front of me. Nice capture.

I like it too. The trees in the mist look great. A really nice composition.
