I imagine this is like watching the corn grow in the mid-west, but I could be wrong.

Waaaay too early for corn, where I live anyway. Due to the timing of bad weather last fall, some of last year's crop was never even harvested. Saw some of that driving out in the countryside today.

I wouldn't expect corn to be coming up anywhere in the mid-west with the weather they've been having lately. I was making more of a ref to the growth rate of these flowers.

I thought of that and am trying to take all the updates from the same position. But since the plants are outside I'm not willing to leave my camera outdoors for a true time lapse. It has been raining here too.
