Fire in the Park,NYC

The bronze sphere by Fritz Koenig sculptor, who was the source of the World Trade Center in the Square, was pulled from beneath the towers collapsed. The ball is now in Battery Park .

Your 3rd to the last photo is interesting... the buildings are sharp, but moving people are doubled-up, Hand-held Twilight Mode in the daytime??

Could also be HDR mode, where several images combine and create ghosts where there is movement.
