I've often seen Males feeding Females when they're nesting...but never noticed a Female feeding a Male before. His beak seems to have a bit of a deformity on it but he's been around for a year and I've shot him (with that deformity) eating his own sunflower seeds no problem so I was surprised to see this reversal...maybe just an act of 'mate harmony'.

Maybe he's home from college and his mom said "You're too skinny...here eat something! Don't argue with me young man!"

FYI...I severely cropped / resized the beak area to show the deformity...obviously there was a loss of sharpness but its clear enough to see the mis-shapen upper beak
