Experiment: full spherical photo taken in Dinefwr Castle

  1. Did a little experiment in Wales with my Nex and the Samyang 8 mm Fisheye. I did this before with my former camera (Nikon) and I was curious if my Nex could do the same. The result is a full spherical photo taken in Dinefwr Castle (Llandeilo, Wales, UK). The photo itself is not very special. The weather was terrible and grey that day and I just wanted to try if I could manage to make it.

Conclusion: The Nex in combination with an Fisheye is even more suitable for panorama photography than i hoped! My new challenge is to make an equirectangular picture in a more challenging setting.

Cool stuff. Way beyond my patience level, but I like it.
