Quite a few varying weather conditions; was going to take my Phantom up into the sky but the rain prevented it. Quite a few more photos on my Flickr page, enjoy!

Very nice. That second and third one have a very film-like feel to them.

    Thanks guys...

Jim, yeah I see what you mean. I've recently tried to get a more filmic look out of my photos and video work.

I should also mention that a lot of these shots were taken with my new Miranda 28-200mm lens, which cost just over £12, so I was pretty surprised by how sharp it was.

All have various good points about them...but the very 1st one of the (I assume) sunrise ought to be on the cover of a magazine..beautiful shot !

Nice photos, Ben. What sort of camera do you fly on the Phantom?

Just the standard GoPro Hero 3+, which most people use. It can take the weight of my NEX-7 but I'm not sure whether there's a gimbal that fits on the Phantom body that supports the NEX.

That would be some load for a gimbal. I have a bunch of parts on my shelf to build a 330 size quad for my Pentax Q. I need to get with it, as I've had the parts for a while, but I may just wait until the weather turns sour and I'm indoors most of the time.

I'm thinking Norfolk Broads, Great Yarmouth, that kind of area ? We had a lovely holiday there years ago. Am I close ? :) Great shots, very atmospheric

Yep spot on. These were taken around Southwold/Beccles areas.
