    My favorite walking area was almost completely flooded a few weeks ago.

    Agreed. Often times we (I) fall in love with the concept of everything sharp in landscapes, but there are times when some shallow DOF puts the icing on the cake. Every once in awhile I remember this. Ad certainly did here.

    #1, 2 and 5 for me Ad; lovely shots. It's been the same .... over here (not too far away) for weeks. Nothing but cold rain, heavy winds and ....loads of steaming hot tea to cope with it :).
