Hi Folks, I'm still trying out the new CZ 24mm and went for a walk to the local quarry and shot this small tree against a dramatic sky. The detail that the lens captures is very impressive. Details: NEX 7 with CZ 24mm. ISO 100, F8 @ 1/500th {} Comments and criticisms welcome! Cheers, Paul

Mulling it over, I think I prefer the B&W now......the grain adds to it and there's more drama in the sky. Cheers, Paul
agree I would second that. Looks very nice. The only issue I had with the color version is that the dirt foreground was a bit too bright. Other than that nice work all around.

Yep, the B&W works better for me too. Man, I can't make up my mind if that sky is menacing or majestic!
