Had a few minutes to stop by one of our local parks. It was a bit brezzy so I was lucky to get these.

Is that dragonfly a crop? I cannot imagine getting that close with 50mm. In any case, that is a great shot for a few minutes at the park.

Thanks all. The dragonfly shot was cropped about 20%.

There was this one and a bright green one flying around, but I only got the blue one.

I've seen red/orange, yellow, and blue ones myself. Not sure if I have ever seen a green one. We don't usually have many around until July or August, though.

Ya, I was not expecting to see any. They are usually a late summer bug.
