I'm heading down to the desert in mid-April, and will probably miss the peak of the season. But try to save some for me, willya Dave?

Ya, unfortunately they will all be wilted by that time and the summer heat will be starting.

Spring! It's still frozen up here, and I try to get down to sunnier climes to go ride around in the dirt and find photographic targets of opportunity every April. Last year it was Baja, but I'm thinking Death Valley and Joshua Tree this year. My avatar photo is from one of those rides.

Come on down, just do it before it gets hot.
