Not crazy about the processing, but still a great car.
I used this shot as a test for a new B&W technique I learned, one that makes metal "shiny". It's different, but could stand some further work, I agree.

The reason it needs more work is because that car is more fiberglass than metal.
Yes, and note the great panel fit back then :) . Here's the same car with more shiny metal, for you

My issue is that with this processing the car is lost amidst the background. It all looks too similar and hard to follow.

The second image is better.

The first image reminds me of those spray on Chrome /black-Chrome paints. If only the car was 'metalized', and not the rest of the background, may make a more interesting composition.

Interesting thought..and since the method uses SEF2 and CEP4 on layers in Photoshop, it's easy to brush out the effect where not needed. Thanks!

Decide on subject...shoot for that? What I try to do. Keep "uncomplicated," unless "complicated" is the suject?
