We broke our journey home from Devon at this place as we'd been wanting to see it for some time. We have some friends who moved this way last year and thought it would be a good way of catching up. We only had one night and a couple of hours the next morning to explore but it's worth another visit, maybe next year.

It seemed to be mainly herbs of the more fragrant variety. Lemon Verbena, Pineapple Sage, various types of Rosemary and Thyme. Whilst I was photographing, that was when one of the Chefs came along to snip some Lemon Verbena with his scissors ..... lucky catch for me
