    Hi everyone,
my nex-f3 protector came into the house.

I woud like before putting it to the camera, first to clean a bit from the fingertips. In the country I leave (Germany) they sell special products for cleaning glasses, monitors, LCD screens.

How about of one of those?

I used a microfiber cloth before I put the lcd screen protector (semi-hard)

Just use some kind of glass cleaner with alcohol like AJAX or FROSCH and a micro fibre cloth.
And if it's a sticky protector I prefer to wear rubber gloves when applying due to finger prints!

Yep. Clean it with a microfiber cloth (don't leave any dust there or it will give you air bubbles!) and then put the screen protector on.

Another tip is to fit the screen protector in the bathroom after you have a shower as the humid atmosphere means there is less dust in the air (at least that's what it said in the fitting instructions that came with mine).

do you have to have a shower, or can you just turn the shower on for a bit until it gets steamy ?
