These are very nice. Makes me wish there were falls closer to here. ;)

Shoot, Jim. If I lived as close to Palouse Falls as you do, I'd be tempted to do some crazy "365 days of Palouse" thing out there. :)

90 minutes each way- maybe "12 months of Palouse Falls" or something. Something to consider... :)

Very, very nice. We have some nice waterfalls, but nothing nearly that grand.

Very nice, I like to see water where it sill looks like water and not blurred into a frozen state.
What are you riding? I recently acquired a plated KTM 400, not a full adventure pack mule but great for day trips away from camp. Planning on a death valley moto/photo trip next spring.

    Thanks Chris,

I ride an '09 BMW F800GS, which has taken me all over the western U.S., down the Continental Divide Trail, Baja, parts of Canada, and Death Valley a bunch of times. I was there most recently this spring, entering the valley through Titus Canyon:

    TitusCanyon.

and here's a beauty shot for you, taken about an hour's ride from my home in Ashland:

    FourMileLake.

sweet! I was supposed to be going to Oregon to meet some riding buds but its not in the cards for me with funds and time off. Many of my friends are getting adventure bikes, me I need to sell many out of the corral before any new come home.
