Was lucky to have caught her in sort of a 3D pose that showed a good cross section of different feathers, colors, etc.

LOL...does sort of look like it at first glance.
The light colored foot is on the CIECIO7 Tripod Mount Adapter I use for lenses which don't have their own tripod mount collar.
Does something like that exist for Minolta A mount lenses? I think it would be perfect for my 200m2.8
Here's a link to the site...they make a lot of different adapters...not the cheapest but excellent high quality, strength, etc.
