Is Thanksgiving in Canada the same premise as in the States?

    Pretty much. Just earlier.

We don't have Black Friday. We have Boxing Day right after Christmas instead. Same concept.

Funny though, our Christmas Season kicks off at American Thanksgiving.

Nice shots. And consider yourself lucky- Xmas season starts here on Halloween. If not sooner.

So true. The stores already have a lot of Christmas stuff out.

Costco, Target and Walmart here have Christmas and Halloween in the same aisles.

We definitely should switch Black Friday over to Boxing Day. It's basically what happens. We all give thanks for what we have the day before, and then all manners and sanity fly out the window the next day and people try to kill each other over a flat screen. This is when I enter hibernation. I do my Black Friday in July
