Thats some rocky ground.
Nice scenery and cool pic although a little too much with the colour saturation for my taste
Well, that's a fine start to your forum career. Welcome aboard!
Still not sure why I haven't been to Wyoming yet. Beautiful capture.
I bought this camera about 6 days before my trip. In the early 80's I had a couple of Pentax LX bodies and a pile of lenses. Tough times and a dislike of working with some of the people I dealt with taking pictures saw me sell off all my gear. I really got back into backpacking and climbing in the last 2 years and taking pictures with a point and shoot Panasonic camera. I loved what I saw from the point and shoot and figured I could do better, so I got a better camera. Yes, the color saturation is a bit more than I usually use, new to Lightroom, but, I believe it represents what I saw that night. This picture was taken on my approach to the site of the last picture. It has no boost in color saturation from the original file, but it also seems to have abundant color. I hope to learn much from this forum and the comments of others. I really desire to start taking good pictures again.
No problem with either photo for me. Great compositions, and stunning scenery.
Couple of real nice pics and a great looking place to set up a tent.
