Near me, a refuge for injured or other captive raptors. Once a year they have a photographers day, where we all get to poke lenses at the birds...

All Sony A7R3, CV 110 ApoLanthar.

Wonderful images. Thanks for posting the pictures of these beautiful birds - well done!

We have a raptor Center in Ramona, California, near San Diego that holds "Hawk Watches" every Saturday in January and February. I try to attend every year. This year will be the first with my Sony gear, I will use an A7iii with 70-200mm f/4 G OSS lens and an A6400 wearing a 70-350mm f/4.5-8.3 lens that I have on pre-order from Adorama...

Richard, Thanks! Many of the birds at our Center were "imprinted" very early on so they are not fearful of humans. Of course they could not survive for themselves in the wild either.

I did a falconry course a few years ago - an amazing experience feeding, tending and hunting with these majestic birds
