When I first looked at this I thought, wow, a native lens I might be able to afford!
    Then it hit me.
    It's silver.
    It's only f3.5 fast.
    It's silver.
    It doesn't have OSS.
    It's silver.
Not knocking your post, just not the lens for me I guess.

I thought about it for macro, but i think its really to wide for most macro shots, and its silver. Then again, I think thats what gaffers tape is for.

I recommend you look around and find a used Nikon Micro Nikkor 55 2.8 lens. Pure manual focus, but it is sharp sharp sharp. No tape required.
(Last I checked the price of that stuff I couldn't believe what they wanted for a roll of it.)

The open box ones are gone it seems.
    Anyway...no OSS as mentioned.
And a review stated the AF doesn't work when up close. So in order to shoot macro, it's DMF in order to focus.
And to get 1:1, you need to have it 30mm from the subject.
The review wasn't positive on this lens. I thought about it too at 132 bucks. But given it can't AF while used on macros, no point.
