    Hello friends, I own a NEX F3.

A friend of mine -she is so pretty- asked me to photo her on the beach one of these days, is summer here, I live in Costa Rica. We will probably go to pacific coast where there is a lot of sand, rocks and palm trees and sun.

Could you give please some tips to do my best taking these pictures? i am not a professional at all. I am trying to avoid mistakes with light specially backlight if I shoot the pictures with the ocean and sun on the background

Do i need a photo light reflector, i have no assistant so i was thinking to adapt a reflector to my secondary tripod..

i have 2 slave flashes, do you recommend using them?

gimme ideas you masters of nex...

Man, you're lucky, you have two coasts to choose from.

I would avoid high sun, probably better at near sunset time. (master of NEX I'm not)

i always prefer sunset to sunrise, at sunrise there is usually a mist around and to me it seems a bit colder than sunset.

So do I but mainly because I hate waking up so early (not a morning person). :)
