Backyard Turtle

    Saw Harvey today and was testing another lens...... an old Nikon 180mm f/2.8 ED.
    Me & Harvey hung out for about a half hour as he ate some bread.....

    Great detail in these shots. Some of those old SLR lenses are still pretty good. :)

    Very crisp and sharp, and Harvey looks like he's throughly enjoying his modelling fee.

    Great shots... Harvey is such a classic poser, nose up with a stiff upper lip! :)

    I imagine that they don't get any stiffer!! ;-) focus peaking is such a joy..
    on the lower angle shot I had the lens balancing on the edge of my flip-flop,
    using the LCD and WITHOUT my glasses on....

    different turtle different lens...... cropped quite a bit.....






    so much fun when I spot one of my back yard critters!!
