Some late Summer / early Autumn weed pics taken over the last few days with the Fujinon 35/1.7 C-mount. I have a bunch more taken with the Yashinon 45/1.7, but those will have to wait a day or two.

Nice! And not one of those could be found within miles of here. ;)

:) All of these came from a hillside that is covered with at least 2 acres of tall colorful weeds . . . er, foliage. Even after a heavy rain, the pollen smell was pungent when standing amidst them (I was looking for ragweed to photo for a family member). I found the ragweed, and by the time I got home 5 minutes away, my sinuses felt like someone had shoved two balloons in my nostrils and inflated them . . . and I don't have nearly the allergy problems that many of my friends and family endure.

I'm with ya. We have weeds, just none of those. And the pollen is getting worse all the time as the population density grows. More lawns means more water being spread around means more weeds... progress!
