I currently use the Olympus 9-18mm lens on m4/3 for those ultra-wide angle shots. Are there any reasonably-sized adapted lenses that let you go wider than the 24mm pancake? Any ultra-wide lenses in the Sony roadmap?

There's a wide-angle zoom next year. Until then, there are two converters for the 16mm: a fisheye and a 0.75x UWA, which makes it a 12mm. They are named the VCL-ECF1 and VCL-ECU1 respectively.
