Let's start a thread for Animal Eye-AF. Here's a few the wife took with the A7R3 and 55/1.8

Quite nice, especially since the eyes were only a small portion of the images... I am anxiously awaiting the mid summer firmware update for my A6400 which will bring me animal Eye-AF...

A couple more "animal" tests, just to see what would happen. The darker tiger was recognized perfectly. The lighter tiger confused the camera, with it often picking the center of the forehead, or the bump over the camera-left eye. I had to move off-center to get it to properly recognize an eye.

I updated the firmware for my A6400 as soon as it was released and have done several dog's portraits using it. It works absolutely GREAT!
