Alaskan Glacier

    After the whale day near Hoonah, AK, we enjoyed a sunset captured here in a in-camera stitched panorama:
    A7ii + Sony-Zeiss 55mm f/1.8
    Next day we woke up to cruising down Endicott Arm towards Dawes Glacier. We were scheduled to cruise Tracy Arm, but there were too many icebergs there (silly captain, when has an iceberg ever endangered a cruise ship??) so we received special permission to go into Endicott Arm. These fjords are beautiful:

    Dawes Glacier. These things are HUGE. Notice the birds in flying above the water for some perspective. That blue color amazes me.
