    What? The 12mm samyang to wide???:hmmm: :)
Id say that depends on which other lenses you have and offcource your shooting style. Coming from a 24x36 setup with 24, 50 and 105mm lenses i find my current 24 and 60mm lenses a bit to wide on my A6000 but not the 12mm

Hi,going to look at a Samyang 16mm f/2 used price is right and seller not far away and good reviews so I think I may get it subject to inspection.

My Rokinon 12/2 performs excellently on my A6000.

Another vote of confidence for the 12mm Samyang/Rokinon on the a6000. If you tried it and it is too wide for you, then obviously it won't be good for you. But if you're just assuming it's too wide, take another look. I bought one for my a6000 for my italy trip and it was the second most used lens. Besides the extra few mm in the field of view (compared to my Zeiss 24mm), the depth of field was HUGE meaning manually focusing, it was damn near impossible to miss focus!

As for the two Rokinon 14mm offerings, it looks like the more expensive AF version is also full frame (meaning you can still use it if you upgraded to full frame at some point) and the minimum focus distance is a few inches shorter - which makes it a bit more useful as an all arounder in my book!
