Adapting Contax G lenses

I'm looking at trying out the Contax G lenses on my Nex-5n. Any recommendations on which adapter out there that would work well? Any problems with mounting and focusing? Is it easy to change lenses while leaving the adapter on the Nex?

Appreciate your inputs.

Some lenses can only be mounted after the adapter is already on the NEX (the protruding rear parts touch the elevated ridge around the sensor otherwise). The Contax G 25 comes to mind.
