Anyone care to share their exp on shooting with slog2 on a Sony A7s during good daylight? The ISO is default starting at 3200 so wondering how best to tell if I'm over it under exposed? Any tips?

I think slog in bright day light you will need a strong ND filter, over exposed you can use the zebra function or the histogram. hope this helps, sorry but Im a complete noob when it comes to video

Thank you in hindsight I will probably avoid slog2 in bright daylight.

I asked Philip Bloom about this, and he said he rarely if ever actually uses Slog2. He prefers cinema 4 with s-gamut for day and cine 2 with s-gamut for night it has a more manageable 320 ISO base. (not a mistype)

That's very useful thank you. I'll experiment with those. Cheers.
