Having assumed that my trusty Pen-F 38mm f1.8 would have major vignetting on my new A7, I was super happy with how it actually performs, considering it's a half-frame lens. There is some vignetting in the very tips of the corners, plus some distortion, but not too bad, and pretty easily fixed in LR. Here are few shots with some adjustments, although I didn't do any for distortion or other cropping, so you could see how well it covers the frame:

For comparison, this is the original image, straight off the camera:

The rest of these have the adjustments discussed above:

That is pretty impressive for a ½ frame lens. :)

I only tried my 42mm Pen-F, and the vignetting was quite bad.
Will have to try my other Pen-Fs now to see :)
    Thanks for posting this info.

I just checked my Pen-F lenses. Here's a quick summary of how they are on the FF sensor of the A7:
    - 25 mm : vignetting bad
    - 38 mm : vignetting slightly/hardly noticeable
    - 38 mm pancake : vignetting slightly/hardly noticeable
    - 40 mm : vignetting bad
    - 42 mm : vignetting bad
    - 60 mm : vignetting slightly/hardly noticeable (maybe slightly better than the 38 mm lenses)
    - 100 mm : vignetting bad

I'm really happy that the 38mm pancake and the 60mm are at least very usable on the A7.
