A6000 with Mamiya 28mm F3.5 lens

Hi all,this is my first post here.This is an image of Chirk Castle in North Wales,UK.
Taken on A6000 WITH A MAMIYA ZE 28MM F3.5 lens AND A FOTODIOX TO nex ADAPTOR.
Shutter speed 1/160 at f11.I also have the Mamiya ZE 135mm 2.8 lens,sadly my 50mm 1.7 lens has a stuck focus ring.

Nicely done!
IMO, there are two very general categories of adapted lenses:
First... The lenses that give technically excellent results. This is, obviously, the case with your Mamiya lens and also with many Pentax M-42 mount and Canon EF lenses as well as others...
Second... The lenses that due to optical imperfections produce quite artistic but, not technically perfect renditions. This is the case with the Russian Helios and East German Meyer Gorlitz lenses such as the 50mm Oreston f/1.8...
Either way, it is fun to give these older lenses new life on today's mirrorless cameras such as the various Sony models. These cameras make it as easy to use manual focus lenses as it was on the original manual focus cameras they were built for...

Is that Mamiya lens a medium format? Great image, in any case.
