Superb photos and lovely colour palette. What colour have you used on these?

Ok here is a rather long and overly complete answer to your question. Maybe too much information but I am always interested in how other people process.

So here is one of the photos with only 'Lightroom adjustments'......

    color (1 of 2).

So this is after I have added some clarity, vibrance and played with the other LR sliders a bit. Part of the general look of the photo comes from shooting into the light.

And here is the finished photo after editing in PS....
    color (2 of 2).

So how do I get from A to B in Photoshop. Well I actually do 2 x raw conversions - 1 for the foreground and subjects, 1 for the background. The background tending to be darker with less clarity. I then blend the two layers together with a simple gradient. I also need to mask the actual subjects so they stand out against the darker layer.

I then do a lot of localized (+) contrast adjustment (curves) in the areas that I wish to standout. Increasing contrast tends to increase saturation which can be a good thing in the case of their clothing but not so good on say skin (in which case I change the blend mode of the curves layer to luminosity.)

As a finishing touch I added a bit more mist using the foreground mask that I had created before as well as a luminosity mask so that the trees showed through.

Spectacular shots, the light the timing and the soft dreamy post processing... All add up to a painting like feel
