9/11 Memorial in my NJ town

In West Orange NJ, we have a 9/11 memorial at the Eagle Rock Reservation. I actually didn't go there to shoot. Just wanted some time alone. Before you know it, I started clicking away and remembering. Here are a few shots

Nice shots. That's a bit more detailed than ours is, which is simply a piece of the building girder turned into a flag pole.

Wow, the first one is amazing with the city looks behind the statue!!!

Thanks Nick, David. I must have tried 20 shots and couldn't get the skyline right. It is kind of behind the statue. Then I finally realized I could take advantage of being tall. I am 6'2" with long arms, so I had to extend my arm way above my head and aim down at the statue. So I am really glad it was worth it.
