    It was good practice I went to continuous af midway though photos improved greatly

    Yes they did but I used this where I would have previously used the superzoom the reach was similar but I would never have got those quality crops from the old sz also gave me a chance to play with different ad settings.

    Btw, I came away with 2500 JPG's from the show, and whittled it done to about 150. Not that there was that high of a waste rate but at 10+ fps there were allot of duplicates so I kept only the best and I had a high waste rate early in the show because I did not have af-c on (lots of soft shots prior to that change). With the high shooting rate of the a6000 (new to be) does everyone else have allot of editorial choices to make with the inevitable high shoot count per session?

    Yes, whenever I use burst, there are many duplicates, and deletes. But if you must get an action shot or street scene, it's best to have it than miss it. I went to my first ever championship bull ride event in WA, and left with 1500 RAWs and JPGs. Less than 10% are keepers. But one can have some fun with the shots and string together a HD movie.

    Good outing from the results! I don't know if I could have sat through the show without a camera to keep me busy. :)
