Shots of my daughter, Julie, and her best friend, Shauna. Sony A6500 with 135mm f/2.8 Meyer Gorlitz Orestor lens + 0.7x Kipon M-42 to E-mount Speed Booster - shot wide open.
Not the sharpest combination out there. But, not bad for a lens over 60-years old...

Perhaps it's the speed booster. But for portraits, a touch of softness is not a bad thing. ;)

Actually a lot of the lack of sharpness was due to my retouching of these faces. Here are a pair of images with the image left unretouched and image right retouched.

Here is a shot of my Manikin with no retouching. Just NIK Software RAW Sharpener Filter... I'd love to have a manikin head with glass eyes...
