12/03/14 91% Full Moon
Canon FDn 400/4.5, Sony NEX-7, Daylight WB, Vivid, ISO200, F11, 1/125
your leg doesn't seem to be slowing you down, nice shot !
To my complete surprise, I had glanced out the window to see if any deer were in the back yard and the moon was just sitting there..,set up in the driveway, took a few shots, and hobbled back inside, LOL
For some strange reason, personally I always visualize the moon in B&W - just looks better to me that way
Well, this one was shot with normal color settings on the NEX-7, although for the most part the end result seems to lean towards B&W...I've been wanting to try actual B&W settings but keep forgetting.
The official full moon is this Saturday, December 6th...so weather permitting, I'll have a few nights to experiment.
Just checked the extended WX forecast.....good thing I got that 91% Moon shot last night.
I "may" be able to get that B&W shot tonight at 96% depending on the clouds...will be ready for it.
But for Saturday's official 100% Full Moon...looks like rain here will get in the way.
We had a really clear night in Perth tonight, I stuck on my Pentax SMC 200mm F4 and this was the result:
