Plant and Bee 50mm SEL

I was waiting for her to come out for a couple of pictures https://www.talkemount.com/threads/12836/#post-93504 and I wandered over to a little plant in our yard to take a couple of pictures.

A bee decided she wanted a picture as well.

Clearly not the lens of choice for these kinds of shots, but after a bit of cropping, not bad at all.

As mentioned, this is not the lens I would initially think of for these kinds of shots, but not too bad once you crop down a bit.
